Your systems were down which meant it took a long time to place our order. Your staff were however great in offering teas and coffees, and keeping our children occupied with activities.

I felt that it was a bit of an effort for staff to begin with. They became more interested as they were sure we were going to purchase.

Ordered Thursday - promised Tuesday delivery.. taken time of work listen a answer phone msg this morning - Sat- now won’t be delivered until 23rd!!!!!! Phone with withheld ie caller ID - it’s just my chance this morning I listen answer phone... like most people I don’t answer a number with caller/ or withheld numbers... To book or change a delivery without consulting myself personally reflects on poorly shows complete lack of understanding espically buying high valued ordered. A follow up call - email or better a txt informing a change of delivery would be my far better added solution.

Only reason I did not give Highly Satisfied score was because I had to wait a fair time to be seen. This needs to be viewed taking into consideration that I felt the service when you got it was very thorough and nothing was rushed. It consequently takes a while for each customer to be seen depending on their needs.
