This question is not relevant to me as I was very satisfied with everything.

To be highly satisfied I feel it would have to be an exceptional experience. It was good and I was satisfied with the whole transaction

Not all products available in store to look at. But very happy with what we bought.

I have high expectations of Dreams following previous purchases and this visit met with my expectations. I recorded Highly Satisfied last survey, so think it’s fair to say the store and service was as I come to expect. Well done to the staff.

I did have a great visit at dreams we were in there for over an hour maybe 2. The lady was very pleasant, didn't know too much about the TV beds but we were happy. There was little bit of hovering if she was with someone else but we were happy with our visit.
