We were not rushed and all assistance was given at every stage. The colleague was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Your salesman was faultless, i was deciding on a bed in another shop but after Kane/Karl was taking the time to explain everything to me there was no competition, he was kind (as my friend and I are of the older generation) his knowledge of what i was looking for was excellent and he was happy to spend the time to get everything right even to the extent of making my friend a cup of tea, well done Dreams and big thanks to Kane.

The assistant in the store (Claire from the Exeter branch) made great effort for us to receive at least some of our order prior to Christmas (which would have presented us with a few logistical problems if that hadn't been possible).

I felt like I was looked after, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They made me coffee whilst I waited and also provided biscuits. Can you get chocolate hob nobs next time please. Apart from that, what`s not to like?

Very friendly and helpful advice from Steve, your representative. He appeared knowledgeable and took trouble to understand our particular requirements. He also explained your procedures well and was quick and efficient. Above all he made us feel comfortable and wasn't in any way "pushy" over trying to sell us a bed. He allowed us to take our time to make a choice and to revisit after looking at other alternatives.

Very helpful making sure we were purchasing the right thing

From being greeted when we entered the store to the listening of the assistant, our needs were understood and were shown a range of products to choose from. Refreshments were offered as were the instore facilities. Having made our choice the purchasing was straight forward and explained in full. Our assistant Stephen was knowledgeable, listened and showed interest in our needs.
