Dreams

We were assisted by Kane and he was very knowledgeable and helpful to our particular needs. I have back problems since being pregnant and giving birth, and my husband and I have differing opinions on the feel of a mattress. Kane solved these issues for us perfectly and was very accommodating of our six month old son also.

Upon arrival the store was very tidy and there were plenty of sales staff around. The sales person (Rob) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that were on display. We did not feel pressured or rushed into buying anything, and he was very frank with us about what we could get on our budget. However as we were left to our own devices for 10 minutes or so we found the displays to be rather confusing (i.e. what type of mattress was what), as we had already spoken to a sales person we already knew what we wanted. The order and payment process was quick and easy. overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

We travelled from Taunton to visit Dreams in Exeter, on entering the store my wife and I were greeted with smiles, we then had the time we needed to browse the good selection of beds and mattresses on display before being approached by Jackie who asked us if she could help, we explained what we were looking for and she gave some helpful advice and asked us if we would like a cup of tea. Jackie was extremely helpful and friendly and helped us to find what we were looking for, we also had some help and advice on some pillows from Rob which was very much appreciated, overall it was a very pleasant and productive experience as we purchased what we were looking for and we are looking forward to receiving our new bed and mattress .

We received very good advice about our purchase from the Sales person (Kane), this helped us choose the right product for our needs. There was no pressure to purchase or buy a higher priced product that that we wanted

Salesman new his job and product well. Gave good practical advise and understood our needs. He was well trained.

We were given every assistance, the store was busy but we didn’t have to wait long, and in the meantime were offered a drink!

Steve couldn’t have been more helpful. He was able to take us around the showrooms and try all types and prices of mattress. Tea / coffee was also offered.

I had excellent service at the Exeter store from Jacqueline, her knowledge of the products were great and we were even more thrilled when we found out we could have the colour of the bed we wanted (we only thought it was available in one colour), well done Dreams.
