The knowledge and help given to us about mattresses by Kane

We were very satisfied with the service we recieved. Clair looked after us very well and was extremly helpful when helping us with what we wanted. We will deffinatly be back again.

Rob? (manager I think) went out of his way to help, we went to the shop after checking the open hours on the web site but the shop was closed as the company had got the times wrong on the web site. we were allowed in to browse and Rob put himself out even though the store was not open.

the sales man was very knowledgeable, did not rush us or apply any pressure - he just gave us the facts and information on each product we tried culminating we believe in the right choice for us

We had excellent service from Steve. He gave us plenty of time to look around on our own but was never far away if we had a question.

We went into dreams with an unclear mind as to what we wanted and needed, we have no knowledge as to mattresses and what would have been correct for our needs. On arrival Kane approched us and was very polite, he had a lot of knowledge and reassured us and helped us to find the perfect mattress and bed. He took our brief discription and was able to find us perfection. He helped us to try many mattresses and soon enough we found something that was amazing for both of us. We went away to think about things and he was very professional with giving us his information and explained if we had any other questions to just contact him and he would be willing to help. His customer service was impeccable and although we had traveled far to this store we chose to go back and purchase from Kane as he had left such an impression on us. Words can not discribe how professional he was and how much he helpled us. The store was very busy and many people wanted his attention however he made us feel valued and as though what we wanted mattered. Later rob helped us to perchase the bed and mattress, again he made it feel as though nothing was too much effort, and answered all of our questions,Thank you

Jacqueline was very helpful. She had good product knowledge. After we had whittled our selection down we were left in peace to drink our coffee and make our minds up. I think having knowledgeable assistance and no pressure is very important for customers. It is also a bonus to know that if I have made an incorrect choice I can change the bed. thanks Happy Dreams

The store had an excellent cross section of all types of beds and mattresses. Very friendly welcome and coffee offered. Comfortable area to sit and discuss options and drink coffee. Delivery time was two weeks even though we were advised mattress was in stock. Smooth operation
