Claire who served me was friendly and had a good knowledge of all products she approached me when I entered the store asking if I needed help . She also asked me if I would like a hot drink she had a good repore with the other member of staff who was also very good with a customer he was dealing with at the same time

The Dreams assistant, Claire, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with a friendly but professional manner. She did not make me feel rushed into making a decision and showed me all the suitable options. Everything was explained clearly and concisely and I was offered a coffee or tea during my time in the store. I was impressed by the fact that the mattress could be exchanged after 30 days if the mattress purchased proved not to be suitable.

Your member of staff, Clair was very charming and knowledgeable. All our questions were answered immediately and a good product understanding was evident. We had investigated the products of interest on-line and this was our first trip to actually view with no real intention to purchase on the day. However we were so pleased that we decided to buy immediately, not something we would normally do.
