Outstanding service! My partner, Jamie and I, Kayleigh, visited Dreams to purchase our first bed for our new and first flat together, after recommendation by our family friends. We were nervous as this was a major decision to be made, and we needed tailored expert advise to select the most applicable product. We were advised by Kane from the Marsh Barton Exeter store. He was very approachable and understanding, taking the time to gain a synoptic overview of our situation and what would best suit our requirements. He gave us very viable options while explaining the difference between the mattresses, and vitally linking this back to how it would benefit us. We were very happy with our purchase and will be thoroughly recommending this branch of Dreams again!

WE WERE MET AND GREETED BY STEVE WHO WAS HIGHLY CAPABLE IN RECOMMENDING A MATTRESS SUITABLE FOR OUR NEEDS. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND HAD GREAT PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. NOTHING SEEMED TO BE TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND HE WENT ON TO SUGGEST DIFFERENT PILLOWS WHICH WOULD BE MORE SUITABLE. HAVING SPENT THE LAST FEW DAYS VISITING YOUR COMPETITORS PREMISES ,WE HAVE TO SAY THAT STEVE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY...A REAL HUMAN BEING NOT A SKIN GRAFT OFF A COMPUTER. at the time the shop was fairly quiet so we were seen without waiting , the assistant was friendly but not pushy and allowed us time to browse and try the beds, the experience was a pleasant one and we hope we have chosen the bed most suitable for our needs.

Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us pinpoint exactly what we wanted. He made us tea, interacted with our daughter and showed her a special bed that moved and had a tv explaining its functions - leaving us to have 5 minutes peace while we shopped.
