Incredible service from Kane (Exeter)

Steve told us everything we needed to know, we told him what we were looking for and he gave us the perfect product! He was amazing very accommodating, and so friendly. We had got hot drinks and a laugh while purchasing our new bed. Steve deserves a raise!!!

The staff are very good helpful. I was served by Kane at the Exeter store. He came over to assist very promptly asked a number of questions to see what I was looking for. There was one bed I had in mind but he showed me some alternatives. Left me to try them out to see what I found comfortable. When I had made my decision he got the ordering and paperwork done as quickly as he could. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I couldn't get the bed any sooner. But Kane did explan that they had been popular which I understood but still would have like it earlier.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. I was taken immediately to 3 mattresses that matched my requirements. I was made a welcome cup of tea. The products were described clearly and I was left to test them without pressure. I bought the best quality mattress and spent twice the amount I had planned. But I am so thrilled with the product that I have no regrets. Can't wait to take delivery of this dreamy mattress. Thank You!

Jackie Peus your customer advisor was quick to offer assistance, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable giving us as much time as we needed to come to a decision.

The assistant was Jackie and she was very helpful. It was delivered on the date they said and it was delivered by Paul and Gary who were great they took all the wrapping away and advised us on what to do with the mattress.

Steve was very helpful and kind towards myself and my wife and did everything he could to make the process as easy as possible

Patient and with just the right amount of friendly conversation she made made the whole sales experience a real pleasure. The shop is also well placed with ample parking and extremely well presented.
