I initially did not intend to buy a bed from a large organisation but from a smaller private business as I like to support smaller local businesses but I have to say The salesman Kane was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable not just in Dreams but within the industry and so I would have to consider that on another occasion, I would come back to dreams however I Would hope that won't be for sometime now I have bought a Tempur mattress.

we were greeted by Rob when we entered.He spent time with us advising us of the products, then gave us plenty of space to browse in our own time, before returning to us .

We went in with no idea what the store would be like, and with no expectation of buying anything. In the event, we found exactly the mattress we were looking for.

Steve talked us through all the bed types and gave us pillows so we could try them all. He answered questions in a efficient but friendly way. He allowed us time to go away and think things over (originally we had p[lanned to measure up) He gave us options re bed removal as well as giving us options re. delivery. There was no "hard sell"

Kane appeared knowledgeable and well informed as to the range of products that would suit our needs, and was anxious that we should be entirely satisfied. He was friendly and helpful, but not pushy or bullying in any way, and asked all the right questions. A good shopping experience overall.

Excellent staff who had good product knowledge and took their time to find the best current offers available to suit my needs.

Store colleague very knowledgeable about product, nothing was to much of a problem. Coffee was good as well.

The salesman, Kane, that supervised us was very informative and provided us with various options. He knew the products well and was able to give us great advice. He was not pushy and was very attentive which enabled him to clearly understand our needs.
