Jacqui could not have been more friendly or helpful. She came to us as soon as we walked in the door to offer assistance and showed us and let us try the relevant products. Sorting the payment and delivery was quick and easy.

Kane the assistant was extremely knowledgable about mattress types and showed real understanding to our specific needs. I had hurt my back at the time we we made the purchase but he was very patient and answered all my worries with a clear depth of understanding and empathy.
