Steve was excellent from the minute we entered the store. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. He listened to what I asked for and showed us a number of suitable options ranging in price and quality.

Kane the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly . We had only gone in to look around and get some ideas ...in fact before entering the shop we said to ourselves that we would not be buying today ...however we were so impressed with the product and your sales assistant that we bought straight away !! Our only disappointment was having to wait 4 weeks as we want to sleep on our wonderful ne bed now !!

The team went above and beyond to find a near perfect mattress to what I was looking for the management was extremely helpful in this area and in setting up our payment plan :)

I was greeted at the door by Jackie who was extremely helpful but without being pushy. She was very knowledgable about all the products on offer and was always in the background ready to answer any questions I had.

The assistant talked us through the way the bed should support us as we slept, how our shoulders and bottoms should sink into the mattress but our sides still be supported. She took us round the store trying different mattresses until we had found one we preferred above the others. She made us a tea and coffee and talk through all aspects of buying the mattress. We did not feel rushed even though we arrived near closing time and we still ordering the bed after the store had closed. A very pleasant experience all round.

Staff were friendly, entertained my 3 year old whilst placing an order, offered a cup of tea, explained/suggested clearly about products he offered us.
