The assistant who helped us, Kane, was polite, helpful and very knowlegable.

Colleague acknowledged us on entering the store and asked if we required any help in the first instance but we were happy to just look, when we were ready to have questions answered he was available without waiting and was helpful in his advice across the board

From the minute we stepped into the store, we were greeted in a very warm, friendly manner. We were immediately greeted by Jackie, who helped us every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable about Dreams products and helped us choose our ideal mattress. We were offered coffee and felt at ease as there were no pushy sales techniques. We left the store saying that what a great experience we had encountered and would definitely be recommending Dreams, Exeter.

I had visited several bed shops today and the assistance service and beds were not up to the standard of dreams. i came with my daughter and grand daughter(who is 5 ) and the assistant was brilliant she took my grand daughter to a desk and gave her some drawing while we discussed my needs and tried beds suited to my need, she also offered us a cup of tea and coffee which went down well after an afternoon of traipsing round bed shops. the assistant was the only one who asked me about my need in other shops they told me what the mattress did and how firm it was. they did not ask me why i was buying or what i need the bed for and to do. Jackie was brilliant in every way and a credit to your company she could not have been more helpful while retaining an unbiased opinion of the beds. when i decided on the bed and mattress i wanted, she made the purchasing process simple and friendly retaining a professional image for the company at all times. I was recommended to you by my daughter who purchased her bed from you 4 years ago, now i see why she went to you and i will defiantly recommend you to other member of my friend and family.

Soon after arriving and looking at a bed our son was after, Steve came over and from the off was friendly and put us at ease. He answered our questions knowledgeably, talked through our options and was happy to spend time with us. When we were fairly sure what we were going to get, Steve offered teas and coffees for all three of us. We then did the deal after having time alone to talk things over. Steve put no pressure on us and was extremely professional throughout the whole experience. We will definitely go and see him again for future purchases. Thank you Steve, thank you Dreams.

Selecting a mattress was easy and we had confidence in the staff.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable sales person

The assistant Jackie was very knowledgeable about the mattresses on offer in the store. She was welcoming and gave us a lot of helpful advice, nothing was too much trouble for her, she even made us a cup of tea!

Claire was a breath of fresh air. She was so bubbly & answered all our queries. We were approached in a timely manner & I was hoping to see her to place the order, however her colleague Jackie was equally as pleasant to deal with. The products look of high quality and I cannot wait to get my new mattress.
