The store manager, Rob, greeted us & got to grips with our needs & budget. He was great at explaining everything & all the extras available & was very knowledgeable.

Really friendly assistance ' didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying ' felt free to try the beds without assistant hovering over us' which was nice ' even offered a coffee 👍' generally felt relaxed.

Kane was very knowledgeable and directed us to the products we should consider and try. We would not have known where to start without this guidance and would have probably given up and not bought anything.

Very impressed with the knowledge of Kane. He was very helpful to us and very knowledgeable. He went to great lengths to understand what we were looking for and explained the differences between all of the mattresses in store which was a great help as we hadn’t changed our bed for many years and the products now available are very different and varied. The store was clean, well laid out and warm. We were greeted on arrival and offered a drink. We were impressed with the lovely pillows we used whilst trying out the beds.

Claire was really helpful, she gave us good advice and found us the mattress that exactly fitted what we wanted

Quick and efficient service, at a price I liked

I had visited the store before and Claire had spent a considerable amount of time understanding what my partner and I needed. We were unable to place an order at the time due to awaiting a house move date. I returned today, and Claire was once again brilliant- answered all of my questions and was so helpful. Nothing was too much bother and I felt she genuinely cared about helping me to make the right choice. The service from start to finish was brilliant. Claire and her colleague Steve were friendly and informed, and I was completely reassured throughout the whole process.

we were dealt with by Rob and Steve on our visit to the Exeter store and the customer service we had was first class and a credit to Dreams, we were not rushed at anytime during our visit, greeted on entry and offered a drink of tea of coffee and the knowledge of products helped us decide on our purchase. One thing my wife and I were impressed with was that at no time did we feel under pressure to purchase anything so would would always return to Dreams for further purchase's.

Without the expert knowledge of the customer service member of the team we would still be in the store trying to ascertain which was the best product to match our needs. Our decision was aided by a courteous member of staff with help and understanding to say nothing of patience with our questions. All of which I am sure he deals with countless time a day. A big thank you must be passed on to Kane in the Marsh Barton Store for making the choice quick and pain free.
