We were greeted at the store enthusiastically by team member Kane who was able to find the mattress type to tick all of the boxes we required. He was polite with a very good knowledge of the products Dreams had to offer. We felt we could ask any questions and they were dealt with efficiently. Would recommend your service to others without doubt.

Jacqueline at your Exeter branch was so helpful and knowledgeable she very patiently let my husband find the mattress that he was happy with. He's now really looking forward to our 'Saturday' delivery. Big 👍 From us and thank you.

The lady Claire that served us was very friendly and helpful, she answered our questions very well and was very knowledgeable about the products. Left the store feeling very happy with our purchase.

On entering the shop we were greeted warmly be the assistant called Robert, we told him what we wanted and he showed us to the appropriate mattresses and were assisted in a most professional manner and good knowledge of the products, were offered coffee and allowed as much time as we liked to make are minds up we also bought some extras so we are looking forward to the delivery which is quick.

I went with my neighbour, we both needed a bed. Kane Nelson was with us almost immediately, having been greeted by his colleague. Kane went into great (useful ) details with both of us, he was extremely professioinal, you are very fortunately to have him in your Exeter Store, it was easy to find, having gone on the web prior to visiting the store, thank you for submitting a questionnaire.

Being in a wheelchair i thought that i may be treated a little different, but this was not the case On our first visit Kane recommended a Tempur cloud pillow to help with my neck pain at night and after purchasing one (direct from Tempur as Dreams had no stock at time) found that it near enough cured my neck pain at night. this gave me a lot more confidence on my second visit to buy my bed. Kane seen us approaching the door and rushed over to open it for us and remembered us (me and my son) straight away. we had another look at a couple of bed options and settled on 1 and Kane even grabbed a duvet to simulate the problems i got at home to see if the new bed would help and it did. He made us a lovely coffee and nothing was too much trouble for him. Kane is a credit to Dreams Exeter

Member of staff very helpful in exlaining the sort mattress that I needed and how my body should feel whilst lying on it. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent time with us until we were satisfied with the purchase we made.
