It's a dream shopping at Dreams! My assistant was called Kane (Carl). He knew what he was talking about and had the Tempura not been quite so expensive I would have bought it. But I have been thinking about buying it in a single bed soon! It's always a pleasure shopping in a store where the customer is important to the staff and the staff know what they are talking about! Well done Dreams.

I was highly satisfied... Asst Claire was extremely knowledgeable on the products and was happy to oblige in helping me select the correct mattress for my needs she listened understood and didn't bat an eyelid when I asked is she wouldn't jump on the mattress with me ... my hubby didn't come and I needed to ensure there was little or no movement on the mattress when either of us moved as is what was the main problem with current mattress. Nothing was too much trouble easy to talk to and good fun while still maintaining her professionalism excellent customer service skills !

Very knowledgeable about the product

Approached by a friendly member of staff, Jackie, she listened to our request and spent time with us explaining the different style of mattresses. She placed our order in a timely manner and offered us a hot drink whilst we waited. She explained every step with us and reconfirmed our order before she pushed the button. Store was warm, (it was snowing outside) and clean.

Jackie was very knowledgable and pleasant,easy to talk to.

The sales women was very helpful and answerd all our questions promptly.

We were really satisfied with the service we received from your sales assistant , Carl , he seemed to understand straight away what we required but allowed us to have some thinking time before we decided on our purchase,which did later in the week . When we returned to the store to make our purchase , Carl recognised us immediately ,offered us a beverage and proceeded to attend to our purchase . The whole purchase and paperwork was completed in next to no time . A pleasurable experience thank you.

The explanation of different mattress types and their construction was very good. The explanation of the recycling of old mattresses was also very good.
