We were warmly welcomed into the store and allowed to wander around without feeling harassed. We were impressed with the way in which items and the information about each of them was displayed. Our first impressions were good. Kane, the salesperson, guided us towards the kind of mattress we had in mind and we were taken with his knowlege of the product and his manner. He came across as someone who genuinely wanted to help, he answered our questions directly and most of all he gave us time in which to make up our minds. In addition to this he displayed an appropriate sense of humour. We came away feeling that we had made the right choice.

The customer service I received was fantastic! Kane was incredibly informative and helpful and it was just very refreshing to not be pushed into purchasing more than I wanted.

Member of staff that served us was extremely helpful and made buying a new mattress very easy.

The assistant Claire was not pushy in any way but was very helpful and knowledgeable, didn't hurry us and let us take our time to look and try beds.

Claire was the assistant that dealt with us and Steve was there and it was a very enjoyable shopping experience ,Extremely helpful and pleasant.

We are highly satisfied with the service that we received at Dreams Exeter, the sales staff were very knowledgeable, they listened to our needs, and found us the materess that best suited us. We were offered refreshments, which was very nice.

Stephen was very friendly and helpful, and got involved almost straight away showing us the types of mattresses we might find comfortable after we explained what we were after. All in all, a very nice chap and made us feel very at home!

Very friendly, helpful staff

I was warmly welcomed to Dreams, Exeter. N the last 12 months I have visited several bed supply shops and trawled the net without success. Kane (Carl) was polite, knowledge and patient and took me to sample several beds and mattresses.

We had met the assistant on an earlier visit a few weeks ago and she remembered most of our requests.
