The service provided by the Clare and her product knowledge was excelent. A friendly, happy and helpful member of staff .

As a mattress is not something you don't purchase every day, we asked what variations were available and the member of staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We narrowed it down to 3 and with his assistance and then we made the final choice ourselves. It is being delivered at a time that suited us.

We were welcomed into the store by Steve, who was a very friendly and very helpful guy He showed us the bed we were interested in explained everything really well, he also helped us with choosing the right mattress for us and even pillows. He was a really great guy and made us feel very welcome and very confident in the product we were purchasing

I ordered exactly what I came in for, obtained the appropriate discounts and my order was dealt with speedily. No problems at all!

Good salesman, not too pushy but very good at getting across important details/info. Store had good range on show, and prices seemed reasonable (particularly with Easter discount!).
