Jackie at the Exeter store provided a friendly and professional service. I knew what I wanted and had visited the store to retest the one i liked.

My wife and I were highly impressed with the professionalism for the Welcoming and Advice at your Dreams showroom. To which we purchased.

Having first reviewed products at different sites online chose to visit Dreams. Have used before and was replacing previous bed. Customer advisor was knowledgeable and helpful but also gave as time to consider the options he had talked us through, was unobtrusive but also available to answer our queries. The store had a good range of products in a variety of price ranges.

The store was calm and attractively presented. We err greeted when we arrived but were allowed to browse undisturbed until we wanted assistance. The member of staff, Jackie, was friendly and informative. We viewed products that weren't on display on a big screen and details were explained. The experience from arriving in the store to purchase was seamless and easy.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble.

The female assistant who saw us on both occasions when looking for a new mattress was very attentive, knowledgeable and even entertained our 7 month old when we were lying on the beds. She listened to what we wanted and helped us to rule out mattresses we were unsure of and helped us make a final decision. It is very tough to buy a mattress, they are expensive and you don’t want to get it wrong and be uncomfortable when sleeping. The assistant told us about your exchange policy if the mattress doesn’t suit us which concreted our decision to go ahead and purchase the mattress we chose. She was very good through the ordering process and relaxed us when waiting for everything to go through. The two other members of staff were also on brand to help entertain our little one whilst there was no one else in the store and we going through the finance bits. They all went above and beyond and made the process of buying a new mattress relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to the Dreams Exeter Team (Saturday)

The assistant Rob was very welcoming and had a good understanding of what I required. He showed us several mattresses to test and explained the different qualities of each one. I was impressed by his knowledge of each mattress I tried and he was very patient throughout my test of each mattress. I would ask for his assistance when buying again.
