The help that we received from the store staff was excellent throughout our visit, they were very knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing or pushy. They gave us some good advice about selecting a new mattress and provided pillows similar to those that we would use at home for us to try alongside the mattresses. We were offered tea/coffee throughout our visit. When we (finally!) decided on the mattress that we wanted the sales person (Steve) was excellent and processing our order and arranging delivery - nothing was too much trouble and he was really friendly and engaging (a real credit to the company). I would not hesitate to recommend this store to friends and family.

We were welcomed into the shop with bright smiles and kindness , we were offered tea and coffee while we waited for Steve. He was lovely. Very understanding and advising. Steve was very good to have a joke with . No pressure was put on us to buy anything. Was a very comforting and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend. Many Thanks Kimberley

The advisor was friendly and helpful with expert product knowledge and knew which mattresses and pillows would best suit my daughter and I's needs. I was given space to decide and did not feel pressured to buy beyond what I went in for.

The sales assistant was extremely friendly and welcomed us into the store. We told him what we wanted and our budget and he showed us what our options were. Whilst our budget was quite low to start with, this didn't deter the sales assistant and he was determined to help us find the right mattress. In the end we spent more than our original budget, but this was due to finding the perfect mattress. We also started off wanting a firm mattress, however after listening to the sales assistant who was very knowledgeable we ended up with a medium mattress which was really comfy.

As soon as I walked into the store I was welcomed by an assistant who dealt very efficiently with my request. I was impressed with his knowledge of the product I required. It was all very efficient.
