Jackie in your Exeter Dreams store was helpful and cheerful throughout my visit. I'd researched various mattresses online before coming to the store, and she was able to point me towards the specific mattresses I'd looked at. I was given plenty of time to lie on each mattress to test it out; and to re-test mattresses. The ordering process was straightforward and Jackie also offered me a drink while I was there.

Steven was really good with assisting us, telling us all knowledge we needed to know!

We were greeted by Jackie at the Exeter store with a welcoming smile and very polite. She listened to our needs, knew exactly what her products were and was able to answer all our questions. She offered us tea/coffee. She also kept our children occupied by showing them the colouring table (fantastic idea!!) And got them balloons! She was very patient with us as we couldn't make up our minds!! Will definitely recommend!

The sales assistant, Clare, was more than helpful and secured us an excellent deal on a new mattress. She listened carefully to our requirements, not least of all budget, and gave a really good balance between advice/support and time to discuss our options in private. We came away with far more mattress for our money than we expected and happy we had made the right choice for us. Thank you Clare!
