A lovely gentleman called Steve assisted me with my purchase. He listened to my needs and showed me many options, so I was fully satisfied with the choice I made. I cannot fault the service given to me. Thank you.

The main reason was the exceptional care we got from Stephen Hackett.He did not rush us, was attentive to our needs pointing out where the toilet was,offering us drinks several times and giving us time to ourselves to discuss our purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the products.

Claire at the store in Exeter was very helpful, understanding of our needs and gave great recommendations and choices throughout. No pressure sale and felt relaxed. Amazing sense of humour and approachability, offered us a drink and made us feel comfortable and informed.

We ordered 3 new mattresses (1 King size and 2 single) and pleased to say absolutely delighted with the professionalism, friendliness and knowledgeable staff. Robert (Exeter store) could not have been more patient and helpful whilst we decided on what it was we exactly required from a new mattress. I cannot speak highly enough of the service, price and just everything we received. Cannot wait for a nights sleep with no springs poking me!
