Friendly staff who knew the products.

Kane our sales advisor was extremely helpful, friendly and took the time to understand our needs and recommend the right option for us. Which was a dream come true! I was happy to spend more than the budget in mind once he explained the difference in quality!

The assistant, Carl, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us choose our bed to suit my wife and I and also for our guest bedroom.

We visited the Devon Bed Centre. A nice man took us around, trying mattresses trying to understand our needs. After about 20 minutes his supervisor came over and told him to serve another customer who just wanted to pay something. We asked "what about us?" but his supervisor just waved at the other customer and walked off. The nice man apologised, but we said we would not buy anything off such a rude store. We drove over to Dreams and enjoyed Rob showing us how to buy a mattress and finding an excellent solution for us. Different level of customer service, and we shall be telling everyone we meet.

i went into your store just to look. The store was very very light airy and welcoming, we were greeted on arrival without any pressure selling (which i hate bully selling) . By the time i left i felt like i have gained a new friend. I WILL BE BACK for my next bed. Thankyou

I have visited the store a few times searching for a new mattress. At no point I was pressurised into buying anything. I was given all the advice I needed and was given plenty of time to decide which mattress was the most suitable.

Carl who served us was excellent. Brilliant customer service skills, he listened to what we said we wanted, very knowledgeable about the products and guided us to find the right bed for us.

We were served by Rob and Jackie they were friendly and had good knowledge on the product they were selling us. Jackie makes a nice cup of coffee!!

Myself and my wife were so happy with the service we got from the moment we walked into your Exeter store we were made to feel comfortable, Kane was so lovely and very knowledgeable about all the products he showed us!! We will definitely be back, We cannot wait to get our new tempur mattress and sleep well

I was greeted with a warm welcome from a man called Kane. He was very polite and asked me what is was I were looking for. I have him my specifications and he then showed me a few options that were likely to suit me. After finding out more information from myself on what jobs I work and sleeping patterns he was able to find me the perfect bed. A bed that would be comfortable and would satisfy my need for sleep. He also offered me a drink and was quick to follow up my request for a tea. The sale itself was very quick as well him being very specific with delivery and how much was needed to be paid and when for. I am overall completely satisfied with the assistance I got and he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I had a excellent experience.
