Rob was very knowledgeable about our problems and his answers were right, concise and very useful

The store layout (Exeter) was both spacious and uncluttered and the colleague who served us (Steve) was both experienced and helpful. We were given space to look at all the products with unhurried guidance as needed.

Steve was very friendly, helpful and happy to help; he made the whole experience of buying our bed easy and enjoyable

We were given a warm welcome at the store, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were not pressurised into purchasing, but were given the choice and all the relative information about the different type mattresses and divans. We did purchase a complete divan, mattress and headboard and had a good choice of delivery options. All in all a very smooth and simple purchase. We would recommend Dreams, Exeter to friends and relatives.

Myself & my partner both felt listened to,we wanted a mattress that would best suit our needs and we got it!. It's the best mattress ever!. We visited the store after moving into a new house a couple of days before and we needed a mattress to take away with us there and then. We had a great experience from start to finish, Kane was really helpful offering us advice and showing us the difference between the different mattresses that were available to take away there and then. We were offered a coffee which made the experience very relaxing and when we tried the different mattresses we were given a pillow to make the experience better. All in all we loved our visit to the store and left with our mattress two very happy people.

We were assisted by a very pleasant assistant who had time to understand our needs and to help us by making helpful suggestions.

A very warm and appropriately timed welcome from Kane. Expert product knowledge, that was genuine and really helped us to make the right choice in a mattress for our budget and needs. Kane supplied refreshments, a pillow and delivered a great experience for us. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, or at least it seemed to me that they were knowledgeable. Was given plenty of time to choose, make up mind, offered coffee twice over (we left the shop to go away and think about things, then returned). All the staff have kissed the blarney stone, and were friendly, excellent salespeople.
