Dreams

We were expecting an afternoon of Mattress shopping and to spend a fortune. Dreams was our first stop and turned out to be our last stop. Kane swiftly narrowed down our meandering requirements and exceeded our expectations for customer service. We got a great deal and with sheeta, duvets and pillows the we had been looking for for ages all thrown in the deal. Very pleased and would highly recommend. Kane is a credit to your sales team. Not a pushy sales guy either. Btw: I'm a Sales Director and will be using his example of sales technique at my next sales team meeting.

Kane was the salesman we worked with and he was very knowledgeable about his products and I would highly recommend his services. I will be back to buy a second bed in the not too distant future!

The store manager and Stephen were extremely friendly and professional from the minute we entered the store. Taking their time and effect to help with our exact needs of what we were looking for. The experience we had would definitely make us shop with dreams again. The only down fall was waiting nearly 2 weeks for a delivery and no option to collect that day

Lovely products and helpful staff

Steve was helpful, friendly and not pushy or impatient with the sale. He had the right balance of being available to help but also giving us space to choose.

Steve, the salesman, was very helpful and informative about the products. He managed to persuade us to buy the tempur mattress which I hope will help cure my wife's back problems!!

The assistant, Claire, was very helpful while not being pushy. I had forgotten my credit card and the time to collect it meant she had to stay after the normal closing time of the store. Despite this she continued to answer all questions and was very helpful.

We have used this Dreams store before and were very happy with the service we received then so decided to use it again. Again the chap we dealt with, Kane, knew what he was talking about and didn't give us the hard sell which is really off putting. He made sure we got the right products for our budget.
