Dreams salesperson “Jackie” gave us very good customer service,made us feel relaxed,welcome, at ease in the store,which therefore assisted us in making our important purchase. She also went out of her way to care about the welfare of our pet/dog, making sure she was comfortable& in the shade whilst waiting in the car.

The service received from Kane was exemplary. His knowledge of the products was extensive, and knowledge about physiology and how it helps you sleep was brilliant. My partner suffers from lower back pain and his expertise really helped.

The professional support of the staff. The CEO of Dreams was making a visit and we were impressed that he and his entourage would take time to personally engage with all the staff.

Visited the Exeter store in Marsh Barton. We were greeted by Claire who was more than friendly and helped us every step of the way. She wasn't at all pushy which is what you can expect from typical sales people and felt no pressure at all. Overall experience was excellent!

I was served by Kane who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and Very pleasant and made the whole experience exceedingly comfortable. Add to the fact he was the only salesperson on the shop floor and managed to help every 'possible' customer that came through the door with equal politeness and efficiency. If you have any kind of reward scheme for your staff in my opinion he should be on top of the list, a great ambassador for your company.
