The salesman listened to what we wanted, and didn’t want, he then guided us through the various options, and prices, until we found what we liked, at a price we could afford. No hard sell just good trade knowledge and advice. Excellent!!!!

Friendly helpful assistance. Not pushy selling. The ability to spend as long as I needed to find the product best suiting my needs. Assistance and advice as and when I requested. Pleasurable experience - although perhaps not as pleasurable for my bank account!

Kane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with what our requirements were. He explained what type of mattress firmness we would be suited to and the reason why based on what we told him about our current situation

We were greeted just inside the store by Kane who was very polite and witty. He helped us narrow down our requirements for a new mattress and showed us a range of products and prices. He gave us time to try each mattress and was very helpful with his knowledge of both the products and sleeping patterns and body needs during sleep. At all times Kane wasn't at all pushy and left us alone to discuss and try the short list he helped us make. Having made our choice, the ordering process was quick and easy and we agreed a delivery date to suit our diary. A great all round experience.

The Salesman, Kane, was especially knowledgeable and very helpful when deciding on which bed/mattress to purchase. He certainly made us feel comfortable while in the shop; we were offered plenty of drinks, given enough time that we didn't feel pressured and even supplied a pillow when trying out beds. Great!

The sales assistant Jackie was highly attentive to our requirements for bed and mattress. She made appropriate suggestions and assisted us in a very friendly and professional manner.

We were greeted at once and offered a cup of tea, having declined we were given the cups on completion of our purchase. We were then told just what each type of bed was, pocket springing, etc.and shown what each hardness/softness each description meant. The bed we chose was exactly what we wanted and I’m sure we’ll be extremely happy with our purchase and even happier that the store was able to remove our present bed for re-cycling. Overall a very pleasant (although costly!) experience.

We were immediately welcomed to the store and asked if we needed help or wanted to just have a look. Jacqueline was really helpful and friendly and took time to make sure she understood our needs and responded brilliantly. We have shopped with you before, and based on previous experience we returned and were not disappointed, second time around.

Steve was very friendly and helped us to find the right mattered for us at the right price. He was friendly and welcoming offering a drink as we came in.
