Greeted at door, talked through options. Shown different products, advised about delivering dates etc. Smooth transaction.

From the time I entered the store I received prompt and courteous service. Your rep unobtrusively guided me through a selection of mattresses which met my requirements both for comfort and price range. At no point did I feel he was pressurising me and he gave me time to come to a decision. He was well informed and friendly and helped me to make a good choice. An excellent salesman. The surroundings were unclittered and clean and I was given a nice cup of tea which was much appreciated.

Good service with knowledgeable friendly staff

Both the gentleman in the Exeter store were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful, smiley, & knew just what to recommend. We were both very pleased & surprised in a good way. Exceptional customer service!!

Jackie was incredibly helpful, really helped me find a bed and mattress within my price range and didn't make us feel rushed and gave us an excellent deal and was so informative. Steve also was friendly and they are both knowledgeable and excellent team members. Very satisfied with the service we received :) Highly recommend!

We were assisted in choice and given extremely useful information on beds and sleep importance. The construction and features were explained in detail by Kane, whose knowledge was most impressive. We were not rushed or pressured, just advised when we asked

Your assistant Kane greeted us in a friendly manner and offered assistance but wasn't pushy. We have had a water bed for many years but had decided to go back to a traditional bed but not keen on a sprung mattress. We knew we wanted a king size with extra storage. Kane knew his stuff and was able to answer our questions and it didn't take long to find the right one. He suggested we lie in our normal sleeping position for 10 minutes and nipped to make us a cuppa. I found the Tempura pillow to be really comfortable so bought one to take home. We will need to buy a bed for the spare room in a few months, it won't be as expensive as this one but will definitely by buying it from your Exeter store.

The sales person (Kane) was knowledgeable of the products and helpful. It is not often a sales person in a store has very much knowledge of the products for sale, so we were impressed when shopping at Dreams.
