Myself & Husband visited the Exeter store and we were greeted by Rob. He was very helpful & imformative. He listened to what we wanted & what our needs were. We wanted to by a new mattress and bed frame. We came away with exactly what we wanted & the service we had from Rob was fantastic from start to finish. We went away with a massive smile & we can’t wait to receive our new bed! Thank you Rob your an asset to the company! We will defo be recommending Dreams Exeter to family & friends. The salesman was very informative and made us feel at ease especially as we couldn't decide between a couple of mattresses and didn't try pushing us to buy the most expensive option. The selection of products was great and the deals meant we managed to save some money which all counts these days.

Jacqueline at the Exeter branch spent a great deal of time with us - over two separate visits to the store - to ensure we had all the information we needed to make our selection.

I have been served by Steve at Exeter branch. Steve was very friendly, open and ready to listen to my needs. He encouraged me to test different type of mattresses and provided with information on the difference between them. He seemed to know the subject well. He aslo showed good sense of humour and very cheerful nature. Excelent customer service.

Customer service was great. Other staff kept the children entertained whilst we browsed. There was also a nice colouring area for them too.
