The bloke (Steve) within the Exeter branch of Dreams was fabulous at helping us to choose a bed suitable for us, giving myself and my partner time to discuss a suitable option for us and giving us the best quote on the bed of our choice. Nothing was ever too much hassle, he was happy to look into various details and options of the bed for us from colours to storage and spring count. With 3 kids is tow on a hot Sunday afternoon he made an experience which would have normally been stressful a breeze. He talked to the children and happily gave them paper and pens to do drawing. I could not rate this sales man enough and will most definitely be repeatedly recommending Steve and therefore dreams to friends and family who are looking at purchasing a bed in the future.

Welcoming staff, great knowledge on each product and Stephen really took time out to iron out any concerns and run me through every feature of each mattress. Even when I called to slightly amend my order I received fantastic customer service. All round would recommend

Steve was a very good salesman he had the knowledge and was very patient. He made a coffee for my husband whilst I was trying out the mattresses.

My wife and I were really upset when we purchased a mattress from Benson in May. They gave us a delivery date and wee= waited all da y for the mattress to arrive but it didn't we telephoned them only to be told that at the despatch source someone altered the delivery schedule but did not tell us. We were furious having stripped the bed, taken our old mattress down the stairs and arranged for it to be collected the following day for charity which we had to cancel, take the mattress back upstairs and remake the bed. We had no Apology from Bensons so we cancelled the order and had a refund. We will never go to them again. We ordered the mattress from you on return from our. holiday. We had an excellent service from Steve who was really helpful Thank you Steve.

Steve was friendly, professional and displayed a real passion for not just the products he was selling but also understanding my requirements as a customer. His demeanour was very approachable and it was apparent he had a wealth of knowledge of the subject area. He went into extensive detail with the benefits of each product and then we evaluated how that fit my personal needs. Steve has been meant to finish earlier than he did as he wanted to ensure my service was not disrupted and to ensure that I received the products suitable to my requirements. Throughout the process it was clear that Steve's priority was not just getting a sale but actually delivering client success, he wanted not only to prove the quality of the dreams catalogue of products but also to ensure the products were appropriate to my personal situation. I left the store feeling completely confident in my purchase and I have been quick to tell friends and family of just how exceptional the process was and spreading the good name of Dreams. From the moment we entered the store we felt welcome and comfortable. The service was excellent and Steve gave us all the information we needed and all the time we needed to try all the beds. He even made us a cup of tea! There was a lot of choice and Steve helped us to narrow it down to the exact bed that was right for us. He never tried to push the more expensive ones, but explained what each price gave you in terms of quality. He also helped with material colours for base and headboard to complete our purchase. Paperwork was done efficiently and was not stressful at all. We had options to suit us for delivery and payment. Overall a very nice experience and we can't wait for our new bed!
