The store was well laid out and the products clearly labelled. The staff were polite and very helpful but didn't hover around whilst having my initial look around. They weren't pushy or going for the "hard sell" which I find very off putting. Parking was also easy - right outside the store.

After 3 visits we decided to buy Such a helpful team Patient and understanding our needs No pressure at all Can’t thank them enough

The sales assistant Jackie was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the store. She was knowledgeable on the products that suited my criteria and allowed me to take my time when testing each mattress option.

We visited Dreams in Exeter twice, first just to browse and second to purchase. On both occasions we travelled around 35 miles each way, which was well worth the effort as the staff were very informative but not pushy in any way. We felt like valued customers throughout the whole experience and would certainly recommend to friends. The best part was the cup of tea in our chosen bed, we felt right at home!

We ( my daughter-in-law and my grandson) were greeted almost as soon as we stepped through the door , Dream Colleague introduced himself as Steve and asked how he could be of assistance. I explained what I was looking for and he was very informative of stock available. Steve did not hurry me , I was allowed time to try out the beds recommended (and any other beds if I wanted to!), Steve provided 'time' for me to consider options - he provided a lovely cup of coffee (plus blackcurrant squash for my grandson - daughter -in- law did not want a drink). Steve included my daughter-in-law/grandson in conversation - where applicable, my grandson said he liked that man!

Given enough time to view and try without hassle from shop assistants who were very friendly and efficient and gave great advice.

The guy who served us spent ages helping us to find the right mattresses and gave us a great price

Service and delivery was far superior than furniture Village who let us down badly.
