Dreams

The salesman, Steve, seemed very well versed in his knowledge of the beds and mattresses. We were looking for an electrically adjustable bed and he seemed totally at home and familiar with the different types and explained them very well.

At the Exeter store, the service we received from the dreams colleague (Kane) was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable of the products and gave good advice for purchasing a quality bed.

Steve was extremely friendly and was very knowledgeable about mattresses. We had fun trying all of the beds and Steve understood exactly what we were looking for. We got a lovely mattress and even went for some ridiculously expensive pillows because (1) they're great and (2) Steve up sold them seamlessly and wasn't pushy at all. We had a slight problem with getting finance because the delivery address was for a house that we haven't moved into yet so I didn't have any documents with the address on. But Steve was so nice that this didn't bother us and we are now having the mattress delivered to our current address and will move it ourselves (it comes in a box so no big deal). The other staff seem friendly too which is a great outcome when you have a store that is working on commission.

Kane spoke to us as soon as we entered the shop and was extremely knowledgeable about the products on display. He was also very engaging and personable and put us at ease whilst trying different mattresses.

Steve was attaintive and knowledgable about the bed and bed setee products we were looking to purchase. He was very friendly and gave us time to come to our decisions

Good variety of products. Kane was very knowledgable and helpful. After trying many mattresses we ended up buying the one he showed us first! Offered a drink, comfy pillow and good service overall.

as soon as I entered the store iwas asked what I was looking for which was a mattress the assistant then ask me if I would like coffee which I accepted whilst drinking the coffee the assistant thrn gave me details of the different type of mattresses we then proceeded to try out al the different mattresses which I choice the one I brought

Robert took time to discuss our needs and the budget we had for the purchase. He was very knowledgable about each mattress we selected and was not at all pushy in terms of our final choice. He quickly did the paperwork and arranged a convenient date and time for the delivery. A real 10 out of 10 and a great ambassador for your company.
