The staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable about dream products. Jackie spent time with us to ensure we were able to make an informed decision as to the right product for our needs.

Claire in the exeter shop was very helpful Organised everything within about 15 minutes

Claire and I think he was called Joe or Tom (tall younger gentleman) where amazing

The service we received was fantastic, Kane was very knowledgeable and helped our decision making but was not forceful. While we were there Rob was looking after a couple of different but challenging customers but did so with professionalism and a sense of humour.

We were given a friendly greeting from a member of staff. We were given very good advice from the member of staff and be talked us through all the different options in price, comfort and brands. Both my husband felt like he listened to us and did not try and sell us the most expensive product (as some sales persons do!) we were going to visit two other stores after dreams but we felt we had such good service and liked the product and price we bought there and then.

We found Claire very knowledgeable and gave us a Good choice in the price range we had.Also offered time to consider your offer and offered a coffee

I was in a hurry but the salesman made sure that I was making the right choice. He encouraged me to think through my requirements. I appreciated his help.

This was the 2nd time we have visited (the first last year) dreams and again we received very good attention from your assistant, Jackie. She was pleasant and experienced at discussing our needs. She is a credit to your Company.
