Assistants were very helpful, polite and patient. I did not feel at all rushed or pressured.

Steve was very helpful on our initial visit, taking the time to greet us and offer assistance. We were offered a drink and the use of quality pillows as we were trying the beds and mattresses. When we returned to place an order, Rob served us and was very helpful in explaining everything to do with the purchase and delivery etc. Everyone in the store was very friendly.

The sales staff pitched our needs and their help and advise perfectly, allowing us time to lay on as many beds as we wanted for as long as we needed and checking in with us to see if we needed any advice as well as giving us time to talk between ourselves about our preferences. His advice was non bias and totally non pressured into making us decide quickly

Spoke to Jackie Pells on phone prior to visiting store. Warmly welcomed on arrival. Jackie was very patient when we asked lots of questions, rang another office to confirm certain details (VAT query) and was knowledgable. Jackie left us to test several mattresses and helped us to eliminate a couple that we were unsure about. Refreshments were offered. The best aspect was that we were not hurried are all. We will certainly return when we need to replace other mattresses and will certainly recommend to friends and family.

Rob the manager was very helpfully and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time letting us try mattresses. Bed cheap mattress expensive so you need to get it right. We liked the idea that we could change the mattress after purchase within 30 days if we were not happy with it.

We were given all the help and advice we needed by two knowledgeable and friendly members of staff. Difficult to see how the service could have been better.
