From the minute we stepped into the store we were welcomed by really friendly staff. He came over and asked us what we required, he then showed us what products were what and told us about each product. We got asked if we wanted coffee so we did, we felt right at home. We were very pleased with the service we go provided by all the staff.

I felt like time was taken to understand our needs and then suitable products were found quickly. Steve our salesman was friendly, funny, and not pushy which is perfect for us

There was a great selection of beds when we entered the store. The sales assistant was very courteous and set us up for a great experience. Steve made us feel relaxed and comfortable, so did the beds! We were not rushed, and we even got a cup of tea! Steve informed us about the different bed types and pillows. It was especially helpful to hear the type of bed and pillow best suits our sleeping style. Steve did not follow us around, but let us enjoy and make our decisions all the while answering all of our questions. The check out process was fast and fun and the store assistants were lively and jovial. We left feeling very satisfied and excited about our new bed and pillow purchase. We are looking forward to delivery, which is less than two weeks away! The whole experience was delightful and I would tell anyone who would listen about it. Thank you Dreams!

The sales staff were really friendly and helpful. We did not feel pressured into buying something we really didn't want.

Steve gave us plenty of time to look around and gave us info on the mattresses we were interested in and helped us make our choice. He is knowledgeable and not at all pushy.

I was greeted the moment I walked in the door and asked why I felt I needed a new bed. Asking relevant information, ie problems I have , new knee, hip pain and shoulder pain. Kane advised me on two beds and invited me to try them out. I didn't feel embarrassed lying there, as we were chatting. Very helpful. Offered a drink and got me a pillow. It made the whole process much easier. Looking forward to getting my new bed .
