We had to take our little boy who is three with us all staff were so friendly and helpful with him which made him happy and enabled us to view items. We were offered pillows, drinks and colouring etc on a table at the back for our little boy.

We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in and Kane was very good at explaining the different mattresses. We weren't rushed

We could find what we were looking for with help of the assistant Claire.

After my mum came into the store to get a mattress I had to come back in as the staff at the Exeter branch are excellent. They are not pushy in the slightest, just really helpful! I am really looking forward to getting my new mattress :) thank you for all your help Steve.

Helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. We couldn't make up our minds about two different beds. She explained the difference and benefits and even got a tape measure to find out what the depth of the mattress was. No hard pressure sales. Explained about the 30 day return policy if it didn't suit us etc.
