Friendliness of staff, range of products to choose from

We were greeted in a very friendly.& professional way by Kane who offered us a brew & jokingly a bacon sandwich :0) He gave us good advice on pillows & mattresses, enabling us to select a mattress perfectly to replace our worn out existing one. He took us through the purchase process diligently & in a good amount of time, explaining everything thoroughly with a pleasant humour. Excellent service!

The assistant was helpful and knowledgeable

The salesman was helpful and not to pushy. He came over to after l had been in the shop for a short while,explained the various points about the beds and left me to wander around the store,returning to ask if l would like further assistance. The salesman’s name was Rob.

Steven was very friendly from the moment we walked in. He gave us an opportunity to tell him about what it was we were looking for and with a brief description of the characteristics we wanted in a mattress he directed us to exactly what we were looking for. To have been able to do this so quickly and intuitively requires a keen product knowledge. Steven also encouraged us to test other mattresses but we loved the first two products he showed us. It is nice to have a salesman who actually listens, who is not pushy but certainly shows you what is available so you can make the best possible decision. The other lovely touch was that we were offered tea, coffee or water which always makes a customer feel welcome. And finally, Steven was funny and engaging.

From walking into the store, to walking out, every moment was as I would expect, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and goods at reasonable prices.

Stephen the sales representative was very helpful and offered a cup of coffee while I looked at the bed I wanted to buy. He even showed me a swatch of material to make sure what the leather look or fabric look felt like. Stephen was very helpful in looking up delivery dates and going through the whole process with me
