We were greeted with a very friendly member of staff. He was very helpful and listened to our needs and requirements. As we were buying a complete package this took a while for us to decide we were give tea and coffee which was much appreciated. We had a good laugh with Kane the young man who assisted us over the white specs on her boots from the carpet

I was highly satisfied because the staff were very friendly and funny. They shared a lot of information. They were also very helpful and offered assistance of choosing my bed

Assistant was knowledgable and listened to what we need and did not pressure us

Kane the sales man was very informative of our purchase an friendly didn’t feel pressured at all an he made us a lovely cup of coffee thank you!

For a change in the retail trade these days, service was provided and the customer came first.

As soon as we walked in all the staff welcomed us .said what I want to Steve the sales guy he was brilliant showed us 3/4 options was in no rush to make us buy brilliant service

Steve was very helpful, we tried lots of different mattresses, Steve new the type of mattress we needed so showed us in the right direction. We couldn't of doneach it without him. Thank you

Steve was super friendly he welcomed us upon arriving at the store came over to ask what we were looking for, he got pillows for us to try with the Tempur bed and showed us where they all were and which were firm, medium and soft then he offered us tea & coffee whilst we tried the beds, he left us to try them all at our our pace and was there to answer all questions we had, at and time were we rushed or left unattended, we went back wards and forwards between the beds and never felt like we were in the way, all the staff there were great help we could see and hear others helping others exactly the way we were being helped, they also were having fun as a team it was good to see a good team working together to help everyone.

Understood our requirements. Answered questions fully and knowledgeable about the product. Unfortunately the product was not available in the showroom but recognised the item from our description.

the advisor explained products we were interested in and left us to decide on our own without pressure when we purchased he sorted delivery and everything else out no problem well done
