The store manag3r was awsum just hard to find what you are looking for due to I didn't know what I needed but spoke to store manager about my needs and me pointed me in the right direction for me

The store had a good range of stock and well laid out to suit every budget. The staff acknowledged us immediately and we were dealt with very efficiently. The order was easy to place and delivery date was given to us and confirmed by both e mail and text. Excellent service. We were served by Stephen and we also purchased two extra pillows that were offered to us at a very good price.

as soon as we entered the shop we were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance, we knew what sort of bed mattress we wanted and the gentleman pointed out the various mattress we were looking for and we were left to decide witch one to choose without any pressure from the staff. We were very satisfied with the mattress we had chosen ,but a little surprised at the time for delivery but as it has to be hand made we accepted this with no problem.

Claire approached us after we had been browsing for a few minutes, she was very friendly helpful n knowledgeable, listened to our needs and showed us the products, explaining the prices and offers available. She offered us coffee whilst we went through the ordering process, all together a pleasant and easy expirience.

The sales team were amazing, I dealt with Claire in Exeter and she was full of knowledge, she went out of her way to help me when choosing a bed frame and mattress, she and the whole team were very accommodating to not just me but my 4 year old autistic son, they got him balloons and made sure he was happy and content throughout our whole visit
