I was greeted with a friendly smile, my needs were discussed and I was left to browse at my own perusal until I needed help. Another colleague came and explained about the difference between soft, medium and firm mattreses and how to choose the right one for me which really helped with my decision. Thank you

Store easy to find, good parking. Shop Bright & cheerful. Met at once by Clare, the sales advisor. I explained what I wanted she immediately took on board my needs, we tried a couple of beds when she went & sourced a softer pillow explaining it's importance. Started at a higher price than I wanted to pay but ascertained exactly the type of mattress required ended up with a Hypnos Solace. (made for Dreams). No "hard sell", Clare was well versed in all the products, extremely helpful & charming a pleasure to chat to & do business with. The whole shopping experience was pleasant, I will definitely recommend.

We came to the Exeter branch of dreams, in need of a new mattress and pillows, on entering the store we were pleased the overall layout of items on display. We were warmly greeted by all the staff, and asked if were ok, and did we need assistance? The sales lady, CLAIRE,was extremely friendly, helpful, offering tea / coffee, and showing us a range of mattresses and pillows to our specifications and needs, she wasn’t pushy or overbearing, aand we felt comfortable in telling her what it was we had in mind. She showed us some options, then after explaining everything left us to take our time and make our minds up. When we had chosen what we wanted, she then talked us though all the paper work, and arranged a delivery to suit us ( we only get a half day off a week ) Would not fault her in any way, an asset to DREAMS team. Would definitely return if we needed anything else and hopefully get BUBBLY CLAIRE. 10/10.

Wet Sunday, impulse shop . Store bright, clean & welcoming. Good layout & advisor came straight over to ask if I needed any help. She ascertained immediately the sort of mattress I was looking for, I was given several choices across a price range & settled on a Hypnos medium King size. Price reasonable & good quality.

Attended to by Claire. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We all had a laugh together and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her or any of the staff in the store. She is a credit to your company.

The manager/sales representative was very helpful and answered all our questions. he also gave us "space" so we wcould try out several beds on our own.
