the sales man was called rob and he could not do enough for us .we brought a mattress he went through all the options with us to get it perfect we are very grateful for all his help

Kane Nelson was extremely knowledgeable and greeted us with our ‘pouncing’ on us which we cannot abide!

Kane introduces himself, understand our need and spent quality time helping us to find the bed frame and mattress we required. He had great knowledge of the products and different mattress types and was understanding when to leave the customer alone to deliberate.

I did not believe there was so much in buying a mattress, I was talk through the process and ended up with a mattress which I hope will see me out for a long time to come. First class service.

We bought the bed frame and mattress, bedding and ,help to sleep’ gadget in Exeter Dream store. A very lovely lady Jackie helped us with everything she was very friendly and professional. We purchased our goods for very good value of money and good quality. We will highly recommend Dreams to our friend and family.

We were offered assistance straight away, but the lady did not push herself when we said we were happy to look around on our own. We were offered coffee while looking around, and again when we went to the desk to place our order. During the time it took to process things, Jackie was very friendly, put us completely at ease, and also obviously knew her stuff extremely well.

Greeted immediately, passed to colleague immediately, offered hot drinks which were very welcome. Tested several pillows and mattresses; All very friendly and all questions answered, with helpful advice on usage of products.

Kane was very helpful and patient with my indecisive husband and 2 grumpy children. He helped us to try different mattresses on different basis and ensured the kids had colouring and balloons.

Member of staff Claire was extremely helpful, had excellent product knowledge and was able to guide us through suitable options for our needs.
