I saw the wooden bed I was after immediately. The assistant was immediately available.

Good knowledge. Friendly approach, but not overly attentive.

We were given very helpful and constructive advice and information by your very friendly colleague Steve, he allowed us to make our own choice without pressuring us, but at the same time gave us honest answers to our queries. He also gave 10% Veterans/Military discount!! We appreciated coffee during our visit.

Kane the Dreams salesman was so helpful and very informative as to what mattress would be suitable for me

Kane was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about the products, the choices were all mine, there was no hard sell, what I originally went to buy, was after discussing with Kane, not what I needed in the space I had for the bed at home, . I was extremely pleased with the service I received

Karl was very friendly and had a great deal of knowledge about the products we were interested in. Karl listened to what we were saying and explained the best options for our needs. We went away and looked at other options but actually ended up going back to Dreams because of the excellent customer service we received.

Our sales advisor, Kane, was excellent. He took the time to understand our needs and had excellent product knowledge. We didnt have a clue where to start, but we were guided in the right direction. Very very happy!

Everything about the visit was easy and hassle-free. The colleague (Kane) greeted us immediately, and helped us to specific areas of the store to dry different mattresses, including the leading tempur mattress. We explained that we would likely be moving again in 3 months, and therefore spending that much on a bed was illogical at this time, and were met with approval. There was no hard selling or upwanted upselling, and every suggestion seemed reasonable and what we wanted. Although we only bought a cheaper bed this time, we will definitely be returning to buy that cooling tempur mattress the day after we move in together.

The assistance we had from sale representative was of a high quality - he understood our needs as a family and was able to suggest a selection of products for us to try in store resulting in a purchase that met our needs. Thank you.
