We have visited and purchased several items from the store in Alphington Retail Park in Exeter and each time we have been looked after by Steve the Assistant Store Manager. On each occasion Steve has been friendly, professional, he listens to our needs and gives very sound advise. Steve is very approachable and makes us feel relaxed and at home. We will continue to use and recommend your store for this reason. Steve is a credit to your store and the selling profession.

I visited your Exeter store, on my way home, after leaving another retailer nearby. I popped in just to see what was on offer. I was greeted by Kane, with a big smile and the offer of a cuppa! My budget was quite limited, and he instantly put me at ease, showed me several options of frames and mattresses, priced it up, and completed the transaction later over the phone. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and managed my expectations with regards to delivery before Christmas. All of the above was achieved and under budget. What more could you want.

We were delighted with the range of beds on offer. We were able to work out what we wanted through easy comparisons and eliminations. The staff were exceedingly helpful providing us with help selecting a matress suitable for both our price range and our differing needs. Not only were they helpful and attentive we were offered refreshments too.

You could not have had a better employee than Claire she was a lovely lady and very informative about all the product within the store and made me feel at ease.pluss she had a lot of patience with me as I am very indecisive and not the best of customers I will be returning at sometime hopefully she will be there to serve me.

Not having much knowledge ourselves of what to look for in a mattress, the salesperson explained and helped us choose a mattress that suited us. we were shown a variety of products all with different price ranges (once we told our price limit). very friendly staff.
