Friendly staff welcome, not too pushy but just right level of information about product options. We were served by Steve who was very helpful

Stephen was very approachable when arriving into Exeter store, he had very good knowledge on beds and mattresses and found us the best one as my fiance suffers with a bad back. We are offered tea, coffee, chocolates and mince pies! All staff seemed great.

The staff were extremely helpful.we were offered a drink and chocolate while we waited, and we were pointed to the mattresses that interested us to look at the staff that sold us the mattress was very friendly and helpful.

The lady called Jackie was very patient with myself and my husband and explained all the products we were enquiring about very clear and concise. All of the other staff were friendly towards us and there was no rushing us whilst in the store

With the 20% discount give in the sale the two beds we bought fell well with our budget. We had looked at similar TV beds at similar outlets and found the products available at Dreams were of similar or better quality. The difference at Dreams was the layout in store, staff explaining the procedure of putting the beds together and the staff gave us the time to think about different options without a pressure sale.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. No time wasted as we were directed to the exact type of bed we requested to suit our needs. Not pressured into buying the most expensive item at all. Given plenty of time to digest the information and make up our minds before finally deciding. Very friendly -felt like a valued customer personal service given. All staff seem to enjoy their work and nothing is too much trouble. Offered tea etc whilst browsing which was a nice touch.
