We visited Benson for Beds earlier in the day and the customer service was terrible. Arriving at Dreams we were met with a very amenable assistant who was extremely helpful

Our assistant Dale, from the moment we walked in him and a colleague were highly attentive and helpful. Dale had knowledge about all the products we potentially could be interested in, however it was great that no pressure was added to make us purchase a matress. This was great as we found the perfect one for us with all his help.

The CSA understood our needs

I was immediately greeted by Rob the first first I came into the store. I explained what I was in need of and he patiently and thoroughly explained all my various options, price and comfort options as well as respectfully helped me understand the full picture of what I could get for my money and my realistic options. He even helped explain a lot about how we sleep, some anatomical and sleep cycle information. The solution I had in mind for my problem did not actually make the beat sense comfort or price wise, and he did not pressure me or tell me it wouldn’t work. He graciously explained all the options and what I could expect from each one, and let me decide. Then when I decided to explore a new mattress option (not my original intent) and gave the budget I was hoping to stay in, he kindly offered me a brilliant solution to get one of the showroom floor beds for an exceptionally low rate. When I came back to purchase, Dale (I believe?) assisted me, and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as well. They were both a Dream to work with - I would absolutely buy here again and recommend to my friends mainly because of the sales staff.

Kane was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that my wife and myself knew what to expect from the visit and explained, without over complicating jargon, what was on offer.

Jackie really took the time to understand our needs, and effectively used the machine system to figure out what mattress would be most suitable for us

We were immediately greeted by member of staff with a welcoming smile,offered & given a cup of tea. Advice given & all queries were answered with good knowledge of products. We were left to make decisions in our own time without being pressurised. The process of placing our order was explained step by step as we proceeded. Overall the whole experience was pleasant mainly due to the professional manner & attitude of Dale. your sales representative.

We knew roughly what we wanted so it was a quick decision and assistant was very helpful and got a delivery date in one week.
