My wife and daughter had a terrific experience at the store. They were both highly delighted from the time they arrived at the store to the time that they left, and Robert, their Sales Assistant, was excellent.

ON visiting the store we found it very well laid out and welcoming with no pressure to purchase. Found the sleep machine a great help to decide on our mattress purchase. Steve was on hand to guide us and answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and informative and knew his job well. It was a pleasure to shop in this store.Have previously used Dreams to make a purchase and that's why I returned .

The staff member helping us was lovely - Clare. She was helpful, knowledgeable and patient and not at all pushy. She was excellent and a credit to the store.

We were attended by Claire who was extremely informative and fully understood our physical needs. She was also extremely polite and friendly and at no time did we feel pressurised into making a purchase. It was a pleasure to shop in your store and all credit must go to Claire.
