We were given the help we needed and they were there to answer our questions when we needed it.

The staff couldn't do enough for me

On entering the shop we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. The computerized bed made us feel we were dealing with a seriously professional company. Our sales guide, Dale, was professional proficient and polite with very good product knowledge. As pensioners on a restricted budget we were dismayed at the high prices, but came away satisfied we had found what we were looking for, albeit at the top end of our budget. Many thanks to Dale for his patience, guidance and charm.

We were very impressed with the store manager who served us. He spent a fair time with us explaining the different products.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A wide range of products and time dedicated to get the product best suited to us. We had children in store and they were made to feel at home.

Jackie who dealt with us in the Exeter store couldn’t have been more helpful and more informative, she was very useful for us picking out our youngest girls first mattress

The customer service was fantastic, Dale is a great salesman, very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Spoke to 2 salespeople and both were very polite and extremely knowledgeable on the goods available.

We entered the Exeter store and were greeted by Kane (aka Carl). He asked what we were looking for and whether we needed assistance which we did. He directed us to the Sleep match bed and from there showed us the mattresses that were most suitable for our needs and our budget. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and within an hour we had bought a very comfortable new mattress and two memory foam pillows. We really appreciated all of his help.
