Very good service, didn’t feel pressured like you can in some shops! Asked what we were looking for and shown exactly this!

Was very vague about what I wanted but Claire was really helpful and totally understood what I needed. Efficient, friendly and effective service. Felt comfortable and got everything I wanted. Claire made a real effort to get the delivery time that I needed as I didn't have much room to manoeuvre on this and this was a very inexpensive option. Was dreading choosing a bed and had left it til the last minute but Claire made the whole process easy and I left feeling happy.

The staff were prompt in serving, knew what they were selling and overall very helpful.

Steven was so helpful and was great with my two children.

The member of staff who helped me, Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He gave excellent customer service and made the shopping experience fun.

Our assistant was Carl of the shop in Alphington Retail Park in Exter and his knowledge of the product was excellent, also his understanding of the way a good mattress relates to reducing the pain I suffer on my back due to my condition. He was not pushy, was friendly and very efficient. When it came to fill in the information related to my order he dealt with it discretely and with a great sense of humour as I definitely am not the everyday customer. |Very happy!.
