The assistant Jackie was very knowledgeable and most helpful particularly as I have a broken ankle and am using a boot and crutches. She assisted me, offered a seat and a drink.

We were given time to look around and assistance was offered but not pressed. The salesman (Rob) understood what are needs were and also recognised that we were looking to make a purchase not just look, quite a few sales people fail to recognise a buyer and allow them to walk. Some customers need a gentle push as that's what they want not need, it helps lessen the decision process for the customer, many will walk because of that and very often delay making a purchase. 10/10 Just a side note, the shop feels more like a discount warehouse than a showroom.

Staff at the exeter store were very lovely and took time to help me pick the right mattress and bed, very polite and explained everything, good deal on order as well

The young sales assistant, who served us was brilliant, knowable about what we needed and like. The first mattress she took us to was the best for us, she was patient offered a lovely cup of tea, knew when to give us time to decide, no pressure. She was still learning and we asked for her to finish the transaction. Like computer stuff payment, delivery date. She is brilliant at connecting with her customer. I could go on
