Staff had great knowledge, product was good at a reasonable price

The manager who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly, he let us choose the product we wanted rather than pushing more expensive items

I don't like to be bothered while I'm browsing, there's nothin worse than someone who hovers around you, but when we entered the store, the young man asked if he could help and when we said we were just looking, he said that was fine and to just give him a wave if we did. We did need assistance eventually after narrowing our choice down to 2 and he answered the question we had about out choice of mattress, which we then purchased. The sales process and delivery were both faultless too.

We are deaf customers, he (Jon) was helpful & didn't feel stiff but he try his best to communicate with us, most people we have had met always panicked, stiffly, not helpful or walks away. Jon wasn't pushing or rude but he just gives us time to test many beds.

Kane was very polite and helpful without being too pushy he seemed very knowledgable on everything that would help us to get a good nights sleep 💤 We were made a nice cup of tea while we considered the numerous options available making an altogether pleasant shopping experience.

Nice welcome on arrival to the store and offered a tea or coffee (did not accept, but nice touch) Jon, the sales assistant was helpful, offering us advice with our new bed purchase. Good delivery date given and overall a very efficient and pleasant shopping experience at the Exeter store. Many thanks

We were greeted by a young lady sales colleague, Tatum. She appeared very young and we initially doubted her ability, purely because she looked like a Sat temp. But her knowledge of your beds, and our needs was extensive and we revised our opinion, thinking she must, after all, be an experienced sales person. We were therefore quite surprised when we placed the order for our Tempur Cloud to find that she was in fact just a Saturday girl but was due to start as a Sales Colleague on Monday. The assistance given her by the Store manager, Rob, was also brilliant.
