Time and attention given by the assistant and explaining the differences between the different mattress types and sizes.

We were greeted on entering the store and shown all the different options available to us .. we were then left to have a good look around ourselves which was nice as I wouldn't have liked to have been assisted constantly .. after we cut down our choice to 2 options we were offered a cup of tea and coffee to make our decision in a more relaxed and less rushed manner. She was also really accommodating to our 2 small children and there was a table with colouring on at the back of the store so that they were occupied while we could discuss our choices. When we had made our choice and came to pay it was lovely to realise that there is a 9 monthly payment period and for us to be able to spread the cost out took alot of stress away from having to have that lump sum up front especially as a young family.. we also bought 2 new pillows one of which she gave us for free. So very happy with our purchase and also pleased they have a take away and recycling option for our old matress aswell! Would highly recommend keep up the good work!

We walked, were greeted very shortly by Jon who looked up some options for us and we ordered right away, very pleased !!

The customer sale person she was very friendly and approachable and did not pressure you into buying any thing five stars for her

Jon was fantastic, helped find the tight mattress for me, didn't push or put me under any pressure to buy. Also used the simulator to help find the best mattress for me. Nothing was too much trouble and gave me all the time I needed.

This is the third time we’ve been to dreams for beds, mattresses and other bedding products. Have always been impressed with staff product knowledge and quality of products hence sour last visit to the Exeter store.
